Waiter III

So it wasn’t true love

After all and all I

Have left is you.

I dined once again

In your place

And you served me

The dish fit

For a queen.

One day I was

Getting lonely and

You knocked on

My door with

“Delivery!” and

I asked “Delivery?”

I knew it was

Not the perfect

Thing to say so

I accepted the box

And opened it,

I saw a dozen roses

And it smelled good…

(This time I blushed).
