Today, I turn 27 and I was greeted via all forms of technology: Facebook, Friendster, all the online forums that I belonged to, Yahoo Messenger, Webmail, SMS, Voip in Skype, calls on my cellphone and landline; in addition to the low tech but nevertheless effective face-to-face greeting. I must say they really could make any person feel special. Maybe that's how people get to live another year, living off of family's and friends' love. I'm almost pass the number of calendar days and unlike most people, if not women, who have this obsessive fear of getting old; I actually think ageing is a beautiful thing. It has been and still is my greatest teacher.
